Lead and supervise complex marine engineering projects, manage client accounts, direct engineering staff, develop rule changes, support proposals and billing, and ensure technical quality and training. Provide cross-functional coordination and develop computer solutions and analysis for hull or machinery engineering.

Lead and contribute to technical projects within Technology, planning and budgeting work, ensuring quality and compliance with ABS Rules. Provide technical leadership, develop rule changes, write reports, support customers, perform engineering reviews, and occasionally visit plants or vessels.

Promote ABS services, forecast and track sales, organize client meetings, collaborate with technical teams, and maintain accurate CRM data to meet sales targets and support strategic market initiatives.

Support day-to-day finance functions including recording, reconciling, and analyzing financial data; prepare regular and ad-hoc management reports; maintain accounting records and internal controls; enter data into accounting systems and spreadsheets; analyze trends, revenue, costs and obligations; provide process improvement suggestions and ad-hoc financial analysis to support management decisions.

Lead new business development and manage existing industrial client accounts using consultative sales to promote certification, assurance, and training solutions. Develop account plans, pursue opportunities, forecast revenue, maintain CRM data, collaborate with technical and operations teams, prepare proposals and pricing, and represent the company at client sites and events. Role requires frequent travel to client locations (50%+).

Performs engineering design review and analysis under supervision for major or smaller projects. Reviews plans for compliance, resolves moderately complex design issues, drafts reports and client responses, tracks time/billing, communicates workload status, and may advise field operations. Works as a team member, may work autonomously after training, and implements ABS Quality System requirements.
