Lead maritime risk, safety, and regulatory compliance engagements. Manage projects end-to-end, perform risk and gap assessments, audits, incident investigations, and prepare technical reports. Advise shipowners, operators, ports, and offshore clients, mentor junior staff, support business development, and travel frequently to client sites.

Support R&D on vessel performance modeling and simulation for electrified and hybrid vessels. Develop and apply simulation models, assess propulsion power architectures, apply MBSE for system architecture and requirements traceability, review designs against ABS Rules and standards, contribute to rule/guidance development, and produce technical reports while collaborating with shipowners, designers, shipyards, and researchers.

Lead a cross-functional international project to eliminate historic intercompany balances, develop policies and settlement processes, coordinate with legal and accounting teams, and execute transactions. Based in the UK, supported by CFO and advisors, occasional travel may be required. Reports to the Director of Tax.

Design and deliver integrated software solutions, configure and customize applications, lead small teams, create technical documentation, advise customers on architecture and implementation, support deployments and training, gather functional requirements, and collaborate with product and development teams to drive continuous improvement.

Support project management activities across vendor and small-scale projects, including scheduling, cost and risk management, vendor coordination, reporting, stakeholder communications, documentation, invoice support, and tracking time/expenses. Assist Project Manager to ensure projects meet budget, schedule, quality, and contractual requirements.

Support engineering team with safety studies, technical analysis for offshore/onshore projects, proposal and bid development, report drafting, invoice requests, and workshop scribing under direct supervision while completing training in ABS quality, health, safety, and environmental systems.

Provide cybersecurity expertise across multiple client engagements, supporting NIST RMF and DoD A&A activities, performing vulnerability assessments, security control implementation and validation, producing technical documentation (SSPs, POA&Ms, policies), conducting client briefings, and contributing to business development. Role requires frequent client travel and collaboration with project managers to ensure deliverables are on schedule and meet quality standards.

Lead small project teams under a project manager to plan, execute, monitor, and close projects; manage client meetings and presentations; perform research, data analysis, QA, and reporting; track hours and develop client relationships to identify follow-on business. Regular travel to client sites (50%+) required.

Develop, draft, price, and manage offshore proposals and related contracts; coordinate with Business Development, Operations, and SMEs; maintain proposal files, databases, and document systems; prepare executive summaries and presentations for approvals.

Lead strategic account growth in digital infrastructure across Silicon Valley; build executive relationships with hyperscalers, data center operators and tech companies; coordinate cross-functional teams to pursue and deliver integrated solutions; drive pipeline, revenue forecasts, and account performance while informing service and commercial strategy.
