The role is hybrid in Spring, Texas and involves approximately 30% travel.

Provides regulatory guidance, evaluates major accident hazards and safety-critical element performance, prepares technical reports, maintains verification files, and works with clients to resolve issues. The role requires understanding offshore safety legislation, risk assessment, process safety, installation systems, emergency procedures, engineering standards, and operational risk assessment methodologies.

Performs engineering design reviews and analyses for marine and offshore projects, ensuring compliance with regulations, contracts, and quality requirements. Provides technical guidance to field and technical teams, resolves moderately complex design issues, recommends improved methods, prepares reports and billing, and communicates with clients and internal stakeholders. The role supports hull or machinery engineering and may work autonomously under senior engineering leadership.

Manage customer health and retention for ABS Wavesight clients by aligning product solutions to customer needs, growing account revenue, developing account plans, maintaining CRM data, collaborating with sales and internal teams, and escalating technical issues. Drive adoption, create proposals, negotiate contracts, and frequently travel to prospects and clients to preserve recurring revenue and build referenceable customers.

Produce, edit, and manage written, audio, and video content to support brand visibility and commercial goals. Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to plan, draft, review, and deliver articles, press releases, web copy, social media, podcasts, and videos. Maintain editorial quality, manage content workflows and calendars, optimize content for performance, and track engagement metrics to inform future content decisions.
