Sell ABS QE certification and related services within an assigned region, build prospect lists, develop regional sales strategy, prepare proposals and presentations, forecast sales, support operations and collections, meet sales targets, and travel frequently to client sites (50%+).

Support end-to-end payroll operations for Brazil: collect and validate payroll data, maintain employee records, calculate gross-to-net and mandatory deductions, handle terminations and severance, reconcile payroll with HR/finance systems, assist audits, respond to employee payroll inquiries, and identify process improvements while ensuring CLT and tax compliance.

Performs detailed engineering design review and analysis of electrical, automation, and cyber systems for marine and offshore projects. Provides technical advice to operations, resolves design conflicts, drafts reports, interacts with clients, prepares billing and workload status, and applies ABS quality system requirements.

Support General Ledger and Project Accounting across a 13-country region: prepare recurring month-end journal entries, perform country reconciliations, and assist with project accounting cleanup. Follow ABS HSEQ systems and collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate, timely close activities.

Lead business development for the ferry and RoPax market in Europe by developing and executing BD plans, identifying opportunities across newbuilds, conversions, retrofits, decarbonization and digitalization, building client and stakeholder relationships, supporting proposals and key accounts, representing ABS at industry events, and providing market insight to inform strategy and promote ABS services.

Support clients with planning, development, testing, maintenance of engineering applications. Lead or join technical projects, propose improvements, ensure quality, provide user support, and communicate technical findings.

Lead development and execution of ABS business development strategy for the yacht market. Identify and pursue new-build, refit, sustainability, digitalization, and lifecycle opportunities; build client and industry relationships; support proposals and key account activities; represent ABS at events; monitor market, competitor, and regulatory trends; provide market insight to shape services and commercial priorities.
