Support project delivery as part of project teams: assist planning, scheduling, research, data analysis, reporting, client meetings, proposal work, and business development while maintaining client relationships and quality assurance.

Coordinate with technical teams, track and forecast sales in the CRM, identify marketing opportunities, and provide market insights to support strategic planning and senior management engagement.

Create, validate, and maintain detailed 3D ship and offshore structure models in PTC Creo from engineering and construction drawings. Perform technical and QA reviews, digitize hull forms, support Windchill PLM uploads and model-based workflows, develop model standards and CAK libraries, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while supporting ABS digital transformation initiatives and compliance requirements.

Design, develop, test, and maintain custom PTC Creo Toolkit (C/C++) applications and Windchill integrations. Create automated CAD workflows, custom UIs, and tools to manage CAD data, metadata, configurations, and lifecycle processes. Support MBD/digital engineering initiatives, troubleshoot complex Creo/Windchill issues, participate in architecture and code reviews, and produce technical documentation and deployment procedures.

Supports engineering reviews and analyses of ship structures, stability, load lines, hull strength, and offshore floating structures. Develops finite element and stability models, performs stress, fatigue, and stability calculations, and prepares technical reports for review. Collaborates on technical problem-solving, maintains quality standards, and may assist with emergency response drills, damage assessments, and vessel incident requests. Works under experienced engineers while developing knowledge of maritime engineering policies and procedures.

Support ABS finance functions by reviewing and reporting financial information, interacting with clients on payments, entering data into systems, and collaborating with colleagues. Work with an advisor to develop finance, accounting, and analytical skills.

Provides HR administrative and operational support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS record management, compliance documentation, employment verifications, workforce reporting, vendor coordination, invoice processing, shared inbox management, and HR projects. Acts as a primary contact for employee inquiries, coordinates with cross-functional teams, maintains confidentiality, supports audits and policy administration, and recommends process improvements.
