Operate, secure, and advance the enterprise Microsoft 365 platform (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID). Lead migrations and hybrid Exchange, design SharePoint architecture and governance, implement security/compliance controls, automate administration with PowerShell/Graph/Power Platform, and partner with stakeholders to standardize, monitor, and scale M365 services.

Standardize PMO processes and tools, drive large-scale transformation programs, and present portfolio performance to executive leadership while mentoring PMO staff.

Provide corporate legal advice on governance, securities, contracts, financings, M&A, and public company matters; assist with Corporate Secretary duties, entity management, compliance (including lobbying), document drafting, and serving as legal liaison to internal teams.

Lead investor relations and capital markets activities: design and execute IR strategy, prepare earnings and investor communications, develop compelling investor narratives, manage relationships with investors, analysts, rating agencies and banking partners, support CFO on capital structure, treasury and capital raising, and communicate business performance to executive leadership.
