Lead day-to-day execution of RIS I IT projects, managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, risks, contractors, and technical teams. Produce status reports and briefings, adjust priorities for mission needs, provide 24x7 operational/after-hours support, and ensure stakeholder alignment and contractor oversight.

Manage change control for a government network program: support CCB, post-implementation reviews, ticket/change management, create change plans, coordinate with engineering and PMs, track risks/action items, produce reporting, and vet maintenance submissions using ServiceNow and ITSM/ITIL practices.

Drive indirect sales by building and managing channel partner relationships, delivering partner training and support, ensuring compliance, resolving partner conflicts, and executing sales strategies to meet territory quotas. Field-focused role requiring customer visits and collaboration with office team.
