Lead design, development, testing, and ownership of cloud-native enterprise applications. Mentor engineers, lead code reviews, collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, ensure scalability, resiliency, security, and CI/CD/DevOps practices, and maintain long-term health of critical production systems.

Serve as the FAA-authorized ODA Administrator overseeing airman certification under Part 141. Ensure compliance with FAA orders, manage Unit Members, liaise with FAA offices, run audits and quality assurance, maintain the DPM, lead process improvements, and ensure training, standardization, and corrective actions for delegated certification activities.

Support and maintain recruiting systems (ATS/CRM), keep accurate candidate records, produce recruiting reports and dashboards, assist talent pipeline management and outreach campaigns, provide operational hiring-to-onboarding support, and identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
