Build and integrate AI/ML capabilities into Stord's logistics platform using Elixir services. Implement demand forecasting, intelligent routing, real-time predictions, anomaly detection, LLM APIs, and streaming data pipelines. Design distributed, fault-tolerant systems, optimize performance and costs, add observability and feature flags, and collaborate with product, data science, and ML teams to productionize AI features.

Own end-to-end billing, revenue recognition (ASC 606), financial reporting, systems integration (WMS/TMS/ERP/billing), automation and AI adoption, cross-functional alignment, controls, tax compliance, and build a high-performing team to ensure accurate, scalable revenue capture and margin visibility.

Lead day-to-day fulfillment center operations including inbound, putaway, outbound, B2C/B2B, and returns. Manage Area Managers and associates, own KPIs (inventory accuracy, dock-to-stock, SLA, productivity), oversee ICQA and GMP compliance, manage payroll/budgeting/scheduling, support new client launches, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements.

Build and run Stord's social presence end-to-end: own executive and CEO social strategy, create on-camera short-form content, scale employee advocacy, manage content calendars and workflows, report performance tied to business outcomes, and partner cross-functionally to translate company stories into platform-specific content.

Serve as the primary HR contact for a warehouse, partnering with operations and leadership on attendance, investigations, corrective actions, SOPs, policy enforcement, and employee engagement. Track and analyze people data, develop people-program SOPs, support benefits and time-and-attendance issues, and implement engagement initiatives to maintain a positive, compliant, and efficient workplace culture.

Lead design and delivery of an egocentric video data product: capture rigs, edge processing, dataset pipelines, VLM-assisted annotation, and production-ready perception models (detection, tracking, segmentation, depth/3D reconstruction, and 6DoF pose estimation). Operate and scale warehouse capture programs and own model training, evaluation, optimization, and deployment.
