Provide one-to-one customer service for UPS Preferred accounts: analyze and resolve tracing and claim inquiries, own customer situations through resolution, perform follow-ups and outbound calls, and communicate clearly while working with minimal supervision.

Develop and manage a B2B client portfolio in a geographic territory. Prospect, contact, and qualify leads by phone/email, present UPS services, prepare bids, retain and grow accounts, resolve client issues, track sales in internal systems, and meet monthly targets.

Conduct sales calls and routine account check-ups with existing and potential customers to maintain and grow revenue. Research and analyze historic shipping trends to guide focused conversations. Respond to and resolve customer issues (billing, shipping, etc.). Perform other duties as requested.
