Support Americold facilities by developing engineered labor standards, driving productivity and inventory control improvements, implementing performance incentives, and sustaining continuous improvement projects. Lead Americold's international finance function across APAC and Europe, enforcing governance, driving strategy, reporting, tax, treasury, JV oversight, shared services, budgeting, and commercial finance to support growth and operational consistency.

Own transport pricing, carrier management and freight cost modelling. Analyse carrier rates, build cost models and dashboards, run profitability and KPI reporting, support tenders and billing resolution, and drive network optimisation and continuous improvement.

Lead a multidisciplinary Revenue Operations team to deliver sales intelligence, analytics, and enablement. Own Salesforce administration, reporting, predictive analytics, and sales process optimization. Partner with sales, finance, and operations to improve forecasting, pipeline visibility, and commercial performance while driving data governance, automation, and scalable commercial systems.

Coordinates daily office activities including payroll, inventory, HR coordination, scheduling, customer service, and recordkeeping. Supervises and coordinates administrative staff, resolves escalated issues, recommends HR actions, plans training, and ensures adherence to policies, procedures, and quality standards.
