Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, surface product feedback, introduce relevant features, collaborate with Product/Engineering/Sales, and use AI tools to improve productivity and customer outcomes.

Own and stabilize the marketing tech stack, ensure data quality and attribution, enable integrations between marketing channels and Salesforce, automate lifecycle and campaign workflows, lead MarOps projects, and drive cross-functional alignment across Marketing, RevOps, Analytics, and Data Engineering.
