Support account executive in servicing personal lines clients: process binders, endorsements, invoices, renewals, certificates, loss runs, surplus lines filings, and system updates. Build client relationships, answer basic P&C questions, obtain quotes and follow up on open activities to ensure accurate policy maintenance.
