Provide administrative and project coordination support across departments: prepare and maintain project plans, track progress, produce reports, identify interdependencies, delegate tasks, follow established procedures to solve routine problems, communicate with stakeholders, and perform other duties as assigned under direct supervision.

Provide underwriting expertise for title insurance issuance: review and analyze title searches, surveys, and risk factors; determine acceptability of business within delegated authority; support agents and attorneys with commitments and policies; explain underwriting requirements and exceptions; serve as Rhode Island subject-matter expert on title law and pricing rules.

Support escrow officers in facilitating residential and related real estate closings by performing administrative duties, providing customer service and proactive communication, following standard procedures, resolving routine issues, and managing own workload under general supervision.
