Handle complex Management Liability/D&O claims including investigation, litigation and coverage analysis. Provide coverage positions, liaise with counsel and coverage counsel, review legal documents, attend mediations/trials, report to unit leaders, manage reserves and action plans, and exercise assigned dollar authority while collaborating in a hybrid, team-based environment.
