The Email Marketing Manager owns end-to-end B2B email marketing and automation, including campaign creation, segmentation, testing, landing pages, nurture programs, reporting, and optimization. The role administers Pardot and Salesforce integrations, maintains data quality and governance, monitors CRM synchronization, ensures regulatory compliance, trains users, and identifies marketing automation opportunities. Collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Operations supports independent-agent lifecycle engagement and business growth.

Drives insurance policy growth across the Tampa and Orlando territory by developing independent agency relationships, setting production goals, coaching agents, managing commission and incentive programs, appointing new agents, analyzing performance reports, and executing consultative sales strategies.
