Design, build, and maintain secure, high-performance payment systems across backend (Spring Boot/WebFlux), frontend (React), databases (MySQL/Postgres), messaging, and AWS infrastructure. Implement REST APIs, OAuth2/JWT security, testing (JUnit/Mockito), observability (OpenTelemetry), and IaC (Terraform). Collaborate with product, QA, and distributed teams; mentor peers and resolve production issues.

Manage enterprise software projects for payments clients: plan, track, and deliver via SDLC/Agile. Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, estimates, status reporting, stakeholder communication, and ensure team accountability and project documentation.
