Senior Full Stack Engineer responsible for designing, developing, securing, testing, and optimizing Java/Spring Boot backend services, React interfaces, APIs, databases, messaging integrations, and AWS infrastructure. The role includes infrastructure-as-code, observability, CI/CD support, production troubleshooting, Agile collaboration, technical planning, code reviews, mentoring, and maintaining scalable payment platforms.

Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, UX, Product, Technology, and Engineering stakeholders to define requirements, design solutions, write user stories, support testing, prioritize backlogs, and guide agile delivery. Own CRM product vision and roadmap, develop business cases, assess feasibility, communicate value, and serve as the Salesforce subject matter expert. The role is hybrid in Jacksonville, Florida.

Design and build Microsoft Fabric medallion architecture, including Bronze, Silver, and Gold Delta tables, Spark feature pipelines, canonical MERGE workflows, Direct Lake semantic models, and OneLake layouts. Optimize Delta and Parquet physical storage, establish idempotent Python-based writes, size Fabric capacity, and support infrastructure provisioning with Terraform. The role also contributes to risk analytics delivery, performance testing, and potential ClickHouse adoption while partnering with DevOps and technical leadership.

Leads hands-on software implementation across risk, AI ingestion, compliance, and client-facing platforms. Designs and ships C#/.NET services, REST APIs, React and TypeScript applications, and contributes to Python and LangGraph agentic systems. Establishes engineering standards for code reviews, testing, CI/CD, Azure and Kubernetes deployments, and observability. Mentors engineers, participates in architecture and ADR reviews, and guides integrations with Microsoft Fabric while working across Azure and on-premises environments.

Manage Salesforce CRM solutions supporting B2B sales and customer onboarding. Partner with stakeholders, UX, product, technology, engineering, and architects to define requirements, design solutions, write user stories, create process documentation, prioritize initiatives, manage backlogs, and guide agile delivery. Develop product vision, roadmaps, business cases, and value propositions while serving as the Salesforce subject matter expert and supporting user acceptance testing.

Lead QA for Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations: create test strategies, plan and execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end tests; validate configurations and integrations; build and maintain TOSCA-based automation frameworks; use Selenium/Playwright/Provar and AI-assisted testing; mentor junior QA; collaborate with developers and analysts to ensure high-quality releases.

Plans, coordinates, tracks, and closes enterprise software projects for payments-industry clients. Facilitates Agile ceremonies, develops project plans and estimates, monitors milestones and risks, reports status, manages resources and conflicts, and ensures teams follow Agile and SDLC practices. The role interfaces with clients, business analysts, technical teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and management while supporting delivery across Agile, Iterative, and Waterfall methodologies.
