Lead zero-to-one development of scalable commercial solutions for MyHealthTeam’s patient communities and pharma or agency partners. Translate market and client signals into product roadmaps, prototype and validate concepts, define requirements, and guide launches. Partner with sales, operations, content, analytics, and marketing teams to improve monetization, adoption, and scalability. Monitor performance, run experiments, and optimize solutions while incorporating AI tools into product development and decision-making.

Conduct strategic outreach to pharmacy groups through cold calling and email, identify decision-makers, build prospect relationships, and schedule product demos for Account Executives. Maintain Salesforce records, coordinate with Sales and Marketing, and analyze historical opportunities and customer feedback to improve prospecting strategies and personalized outreach.

Own product strategy and execution for MyHealthTeam’s content platform and email CRM ecosystem. Build scalable CMS, publishing, discovery, reuse, personalization, segmentation, and email workflow capabilities. Partner with Content, Marketing, Engineering, Design, Data, and Email teams to define roadmaps, improve operational efficiency, and deliver measurable member engagement outcomes. Lead through influence, establish product practices, mentor peers, and shape systems that help teams publish and distribute trustworthy health content at scale.

Lead go-to-market strategy, messaging, and activation for chronic condition social networks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance member engagement and advocacy.
