Uses approved AI tools to research and summarize information while validating accuracy and protecting confidentiality. The role requires strong attention to detail, communication, initiative, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Jira.

Owns bulk email deployment and deliverability for multiple clients. Responsibilities include building, testing, scheduling, and optimizing campaigns; managing assets, segments, volumes, and sending strategies; analyzing performance and A/B tests; monitoring sender reputation and blocklists; troubleshooting deliverability; configuring SPF, DKIM, and DMARC; maintaining email platform, DNS, and ESP settings; and ensuring CAN-SPAM compliance.

Lead consultative B2B sales targeting pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, diagnostics, and healthcare marketing organizations. Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing, build new and existing account pipelines, advise clients on HCP targeting and campaign performance, develop proposals, negotiate pricing and contracts, and partner with marketing, product, and client success teams. Travel is required for client and industry events.
