Lead Acorn Distributors’ technology strategy, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, applications, and Prophet 21 ERP environment. Oversee ERP administration, integrations, reporting, workflows, security, and business-process optimization. Manage IT projects, vendors, budgets, policies, disaster recovery, networks, cloud systems, SaaS applications, and end-user services across multiple offices. Recruit and mentor IT staff while aligning technology investments with business objectives and improving efficiency.

Provides first-level technical support for hardware, software, network, account-access, and business-application issues. Troubleshoots user devices and connectivity, manages accounts and permissions, handles help desk tickets, and supports onboarding, offboarding, workstation setup, software installation, and equipment deployment. Maintains IT documentation, escalates complex issues, assists with technology projects and upgrades, follows security policies, and delivers customer-focused support to technical and non-technical employees.
