The Senior Compliance Analyst manages compliance projects, prepares IRS filings, conducts nondiscrimination testing, and ensures regulatory compliance for 401(k) plans.

Sell Insperity HR services to small and midsized businesses by building consultative relationships, calling on business owners (virtually and in person), developing a sales pipeline, meeting sales goals, completing contract paperwork, and facilitating new-client onboarding with support from marketing and service teams.

Act as SME for TES product offerings, audit plan setups, support onboarding, and liaise with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely enrollments and client satisfaction.

Manage and coach SDR/BDR team to meet revenue and market-share goals. Develop and execute sales initiatives, campaigns, prospect lists, reporting, training, and cross-functional collaboration to drive lead generation, program performance, and customer satisfaction.

Provides high-level administrative support to the Senior VP of Corporate HR and staff, manages calendars, travel, budgets, and department communications. Coordinates and manages HR projects from planning through completion, tracks expenditures, prepares reports and presentations, serves as department facilities contact, and supports HR operations and recordkeeping.
