Own global accounting, consolidation, financial reporting, technical accounting, internal controls, compliance, treasury, audit coordination, and PE, lender, and board reporting for a multi-entity SaaS business. Lead accounting systems, M&A integration, cash management, and a distributed global accounting team while ensuring US GAAP compliance and supporting IFRS and UK GAAP requirements.

Owns the global sales strategy and revenue performance for Sigmatic Sciences across new business, expansion, and retention. The role leads distributed sales and scientific liaison teams, establishes account-planning and forecasting processes, manages strategic enterprise deals, and partners with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success. The leader will build scalable sales playbooks, coach the team, engage executive buyers, represent the company externally, and sell lab-in-the-loop and AI-enabled solutions to scientific and enterprise customers.

Leads strategic sales and partnership development with pharma and biotech customers. Responsibilities include selling lab informatics products and professional services, meeting quotas, forecasting, developing account plans, presenting solutions, preparing proposals, managing customer relationships, coordinating with Customer Success, supporting lead generation, maintaining CRM records, and monitoring project status. Requires consultative enterprise software selling, life sciences market knowledge, strong communication, customer relationship management, independent work, and willingness to travel.

Manage top-of-funnel outbound for Sapio Sciences: build prospect lists, run multi-touch outreach, lead consultative discovery calls, maintain HubSpot CRM hygiene, qualify opportunities for AEs, and feed market intelligence to Marketing and Product.

Own customer support tickets from intake through closure for the Sapio lab informatics platform. Triage issues, assign severity, meet SLAs, reproduce problems, review logs and diagnostics, investigate data and configuration, develop workarounds, and escalate verified defects. Communicate clearly with laboratory users and IT teams across hosted and customer-hosted environments. Create knowledge articles and runbooks, contribute to root-cause analysis, identify recurring trends, and improve support processes and tooling.

Own the outward-facing product narrative for Sapio’s lab informatics platform, including positioning, messaging, demonstrations, and go-to-market strategy. Engage prospective customers, partners, executives, and industry audiences while translating ELN, LIMS, and CMC workflows into compelling value propositions. Partner with product, sales, marketing, and leadership teams on customer insights, RFPs, proof-of-concepts, conferences, webinars, and strategic account support. Bring deep life sciences software knowledge, strong product marketing instincts, and executive-level communication skills.
