Own application production support during US business hours, investigate and resolve incidents, harden AI-assisted code, maintain release health, and improve observability. Manage database schemas, indexes, migrations, backfills, and data integrity. Productionize and monitor HL7v2/ADT ingestion, troubleshoot hospital feeds, and protect PHI through security-conscious engineering. Work closely with the CTO and infrastructure engineer while using AI tools to accelerate development and taking features from design through production.
