The Quality Engineer designs and executes functional and non-functional tests for web applications and services. Responsibilities include developing test plans, following automated testing strategies, conducting regression testing, analyzing results, reporting defects, communicating risks, and collaborating with engineering, product, and quality teams in an Agile environment.

Provides embedded FP&A support for Engineering and Technology, including workforce planning, financial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, capitalization, vendor and contractor spend, cloud and tooling costs, productivity metrics, and management reporting. Partners with engineering, finance, accounting, HR, procurement, and corporate stakeholders to translate operational drivers into accurate models, scalable reporting, and actionable insights.

Ensures software quality across the development lifecycle by designing and executing functional, non-functional, regression, and automated tests. Develops scalable test strategies, tests web and mobile applications and APIs, analyzes results, reports defects, and escalates risks. Collaborates with engineering and product teams in an agile environment to promote quality best practices.

Provides embedded FP&A support for Technology/R&D, including forecasting, workforce planning, capitalization, OpEx/CapEx analysis, technology cost analysis, vendor and contractor spend, productivity metrics, dashboards, and management reporting. Partners with Engineering, Accounting, HR, Procurement, and Corporate FP&A to improve financial models, reporting accuracy, process automation, and investment decision-making.

Leads quality engineering initiatives and manages distributed quality teams. Develops and executes regression, UI and API automation, load, stress, and endurance testing strategies. Provides technical direction, analyzes test results, reports defects, manages risks and dependencies, and uses quality metrics to drive improvements. Partners with engineering, product, performance testing, and global quality teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases.

Lead performance testing strategy and execution across applications and environments. Conduct load, stress, and capacity testing; identify bottlenecks; establish KPIs and monitoring; build scalable testing frameworks for AI and generative AI applications; troubleshoot performance issues; integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines; analyze infrastructure metrics; document results; and mentor junior QA engineers.

Owns international entities’ bookkeeping and general ledger, revenue close, deferred revenue, fixed assets, journal entries, reconciliations, employee expenses, VAT compliance, and audit support. The role also identifies automation and process improvements while collaborating across departments and managing multiple priorities.

Supports Engineering and R&D FP&A through financial modeling, workforce planning, forecasting, variance analysis, capitalization tracking, cost structure analysis, and management reporting. The role analyzes engineering workforce, contractor, vendor, cloud, tooling, and technology costs while building dashboards and repeatable reporting. It partners with Engineering, Product, Accounting, HR, Procurement, and Corporate FP&A across U.S. and India time zones to improve investment visibility, productivity analysis, and decision support.

Validate generative, conversational, and predictive AI solutions through automated testing, model evaluation, data quality analysis, API testing, and deployment monitoring. The role requires understanding end-to-end machine learning lifecycles, model metrics, explainability, responsible AI, performance testing, and adversarial validation. It uses Python and common ML libraries across AWS-based AI deployments, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure model quality, reliability, safety, and scalability.

Own accounts payable processing, employee expense claims, fixed asset accounting, month-end journals, bank reconciliations, and audit support for India and international entities. The role also identifies process automation and improvement opportunities to optimize scalable finance operations.
