The role requires strong accuracy, business judgment, communication, project management, and French-language skills.

Manage customer contract execution, pricing accuracy, expiration dates, and contract data in ERP systems. Monitor tier compliance and contract performance, prepare governance and audit documentation, collaborate with Sales and Corporate Accounts to resolve discrepancies, and identify process improvements. Calculate rebate accruals and GPO administrative fees while supporting pricing and contracting operations. Requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and multitasking skills.

Performs financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, and ad hoc analysis for assigned business areas. Partners with department leaders and accounting during monthly close, develops KPIs, identifies trends and risks, and recommends actions to improve performance. The role also supports process improvements in reporting and forecasting and communicates financial results to management.

Leads the design, development, administration, and optimization of professional education and learning solutions. Manages LMS content, certifications, enrollments, reporting, approvals, user access, troubleshooting, and system enhancements. Develops multimodal training materials, partners with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams, analyzes learner data, coordinates vendors, and ensures training aligns with business, compliance, product, and learner needs. Travel may be required up to 20%.

Designs, develops, and optimizes sales reporting, data models, pipelines, and dashboards (Power BI, SQL, Excel). Leads Oracle ERP reporting initiatives, data governance, automation, and cross-functional analytics to deliver actionable commercial insights and mentor analysts.

Manage forecasting and S&OP processes, create and monitor supply chain reports and KPIs, analyze sales and inventory data, support production planning and ERP data management, expedite purchasing and quality actions, lead cross-functional improvement projects, and participate in physical inventory activities to improve service, cost, and efficiency.
