Maintain and optimize semiconductor fabrication equipment performance and availability, use data analysis (SPC) to drive equipment priorities, support root-cause resolution, partner with suppliers/process owners, manage inventory and PM optimization, and support projects and international collaboration in high-volume manufacturing environments.

Design and build advanced verification environments using UVM/SystemVerilog and GenAI/agentic tools to improve verification efficiency and quality. Develop test plans, drive coverage closure, and verify SoC and CPU emulation platforms using ASIC simulation tools and scripting to achieve signoff and schedule left-shift.

Responsible for defining quality requirements for high performance DRAM, conducting risk assessments, and analyzing product reliability and quality metrics.

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve semiconductor photolithography equipment and track systems to maximize uptime and wafer output. Use SPC and fault-detection data to drive equipment performance, coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams, manage parts inventory, and support documentation, CAD drawings, and projects for tool reliability and cost reduction.

Perform FIB lamella preparation and TEM analysis (microstructure and chemical) using electron diffraction, EDS, EELS, and advanced STEM techniques. Optimize lab procedures, support process development and product transfers, and develop AI/automation and data-processing workflows for TEM data acquisition and analysis.

Provide legal support for major capital projects, drafting and negotiating agreements, advising on project risks, and managing external counsel across APAC.

Manage end-to-end supplier relationships for indirect categories: drive sourcing and RFx activities, negotiate contracts and pricing, build regional cost models, track supplier performance, and deliver cost, risk, and service improvements in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
