Manage and grow a portfolio of industrial accounts, develop new business, build long-term client relationships, recommend product solutions, coordinate internally to deliver seamless service, prepare quotes and maintain CRM records, and represent the company at industry events.

Evaluate creditworthiness of individuals and businesses by analyzing financial statements, credit reports, and FICO scores; compute financial ratios, prepare loan application documentation and risk reports; recommend approvals or denials, set loan terms, identify delinquent accounts, resolve customer inquiries, and perform related credit-administration tasks.

Lead strategy and execution to grow institutional and public sector sales. Develop target lists, pursue bids/RFPs, establish repeatable pricing and compliance processes, support operating companies with training and deal execution, build relationships with procurement officials, track pipeline and performance, and report to executive leadership.

Support project managers by scheduling, tracking tasks, maintaining documentation, coordinating stakeholders, monitoring budgets, reporting status, identifying risks, and facilitating communication to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and budget.

Process and record customer payments, create and send invoices, maintain customer files, research and follow up on past-due accounts, generate reports, assist with AR reconciliations and month-end revenue reconciliation, and support the Collections Manager and Controller.

Manage strategic accounts for lighting projects: interpret plans, perform Bluebeam takeoffs, coordinate vendors and pre-construction, prepare pricing/submittals, manage changes, ensure project closeout and client satisfaction.
