The role also monitors service-level deadlines, supports invoice payment workflows, assists colleagues, and recommends process improvements. It is an onsite entry-level position requiring strong communication, attention to detail, multitasking, Microsoft and Excel skills, and willingness to work overtime when needed.

Develops and closes new enterprise business for payment and messaging solutions, targeting consumer finance, auto finance, and fintech clients. Responsibilities include prospecting, consultative solution selling, account strategy, executive engagement, pipeline management, contract negotiation, forecasting, and cross-functional proposal development. The role requires deep payments ecosystem knowledge, strong presentation skills, and travel to build client relationships and business cases.

Leads the strategy and execution of REPAY’s knowledge management and training function. Responsibilities include auditing and rebuilding the knowledge base, establishing governance and writing standards, creating customer self-service documentation, designing internal and customer training, coordinating with Product and Marketing around releases, and tracking requests and program health. The role requires hands-on technical writing, instructional design, cross-functional partnership, and building processes from scratch in a SaaS environment.

Serve as the trusted technical advisor for enterprise clients, managing technical relationships, integrations, payment workflows, risks, escalations, and product adoption. Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Support, Operations, Sales, and Client Success to resolve complex issues and advocate for client needs. Lead automation of billing, journal entries, reconciliations, and recurring accounting reports. Process and research electronic payments and vendor enrollments, update vendor payment records, respond to client inquiries within one business day, monitor outstanding payments, assist colleagues to meet SLAs, and recommend process improvements. Role requires on-site work in Utah and occasional overtime during onboarding/growth.
