Serve as primary contact and trusted advisor for assigned accounts, manage renewals and expansions, resolve escalations, collaborate with internal teams, prepare account/status reports, and identify new business opportunities to meet sales quotas.

Lead tactical MPI payment operations including ACH and wire fund transfers, investigate and resolve failed transactions, manage refunds/reissues, support payment reporting and client reconciliation, handle escalations and reporting requests, and liaise between Payment Specialists and Development to submit and track payment processing tickets.

Lead automation of billing, journal entries, reconciliations, and recurring accounting reports. Design and maintain workflows connecting Accounting with other teams, analyze accounting data, build dashboards, and apply ML for forecasting and anomaly detection. Partner with IT and Accounting leadership, document controls, train staff, and drive automation projects from identification through implementation.

Provide excellent client support for payment products by investigating and resolving software and hardware issues, managing inquiries (billing, system use, research), maintaining user documentation, creating CRM cases, assisting with Salesforce questions, and supporting risk/chargeback, 1099K, and card brand change projects while collaborating cross-functionally.

Maintain Salesforce data quality and manage lead lifecycle; develop reports and dashboards for pipeline, bookings, attribution, and activity; support forecasting and quota processes; administer sales enablement and enrichment tools; collaborate on system enhancements, document processes, provide training, and identify automation opportunities to improve go-to-market efficiency.

As a Sales Executive, develop new business, close sales, meet monthly objectives, and collaborate with marketing, participating in relevant industry conferences.

Serve as the primary client contact for assigned accounts, build trusted advisor relationships, drive expansion and retention, resolve escalations, liaise with internal technical teams, prepare account status reports and forecasts, and identify new business opportunities within existing customers.

Process and research electronic payments and vendor enrollments, update vendor payment records, respond to client inquiries within one business day, monitor outstanding payments, assist colleagues to meet SLAs, and recommend process improvements. Role requires on-site work in Utah and occasional overtime during onboarding/growth.
