Sell specialty rigging and crane services within a defined territory by maintaining and growing customer accounts, achieving sales targets, preparing proposals, managing sales-to-execution handoffs, and building long-term client relationships to support multimillion-dollar annual revenue.

Prepare quotes, coordinate with dispatch, determine appropriate cranes using load charts, close sales, report administratively, communicate safety, travel overnight as needed, and meet $2M+ annual revenue targets while following safety and company policies.

Serve as the bridge between business and IT to gather and translate requirements for enterprise systems across Finance, HR, Payroll, and operations. Lead process harmonization, data governance, data migration/validation, training, UAT, and change enablement to improve system adoption, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Prepare and present quotes, select appropriate cranes using load charts, coordinate with dispatch, close sales, and support safety and administrative reporting. Travel overnight as required and maintain customer relationships to drive $2M+ annual revenue.

Sell specialized lifting equipment and engineered rigging solutions to industrial clients. Prospect and manage accounts, assess lifting needs, produce detailed quotes, advise on safety/compliance, coordinate projects with engineering and logistics, perform site visits, and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business.

Sell commercial crane and rigging services within an assigned territory: maintain and grow accounts, prepare quotes, determine appropriate cranes via load charts, coordinate with dispatch, meet territory revenue targets (~$2M+), ensure safety compliance, perform reporting, travel overnight as required, and close sales while managing customer relationships.

Sell crane and rigging services to industrial and commercial customers via phone and in-person. Manage leads, bids/estimates, proposals, project costing, and customer relationships. Coordinate job walks, maintain sales records, support collections, and interface with operations to ensure accurate work orders. Local travel required.
