Partner with engineering and program leaders to design and execute hiring strategies for defense-focused software and ML engineering roles. Source, evaluate, and close cleared and non-cleared talent; run structured interviews; build pipelines into defense talent communities; report hiring metrics; and deliver an excellent candidate experience while scaling a high-priority defense team.

Design, develop, and integrate real-time AI/ML sensor algorithms and sensor-control software across heterogeneous platforms. Deploy containerized solutions to embedded Linux, perform computer-in-the-loop testing and profiling, support DoD field demonstrations, collaborate across sensor/tracking/autonomy teams, and drive simulation and post-test analysis to improve integrations.

Improve developer experience and deployment processes across teams: design and build tools, optimize compile/build times, develop scalable deployment tooling for automotive and cloud platforms, improve data collection and deployment frameworks, and remove bottlenecks in the software stack.

Lead recruiting operations by managing coordination team, owning ATS and scheduling systems, and building scalable, documented recruiting processes. Ensure data hygiene, support offer/background check handoffs with People Operations, and prepare processes for future SOX-level auditability.

Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure backend platform infrastructure, deployment pipelines, plugin systems, and cross-platform desktop app infrastructure. Implement authentication/authorization, observability, automated testing, and incident response. Engage customers for feedback, document APIs and best practices, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure platform reliability and performance.

Design, implement, and scale company-wide performance and development programs from goal-setting through reviews and calibration. Build manager training models, select and use L&D/LMS platforms, partner with People Business Partners and cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with labor law, and use data to improve programs.

Own and scale early-career hiring (university relations, internships, new-grad hiring) and the contingent workforce program. Build compliant processes (especially CA), manage vendors/agency relationships and VMS operations, partner with Legal/Finance/Engineering, analyze program metrics, and drive automation to improve efficiency and compliance.

Manage full-lifecycle technical recruiting for engineering roles, build targeted sourcing campaigns, leverage AI/agentic coding tools for automation, partner with leaders using recruiting data, deliver strong candidate experience, and negotiate/close candidates to meet hiring goals.
