Manage daily publishing and community engagement across social channels (X, LinkedIn, etc.), moderate comments and DMs, track audience and trends with listening/analytics tools, coordinate content execution with writers and designers, and build relationships with developer and engineering audiences.

Lead end-to-end product design for developer and defense-oriented tools: conduct user research, wireframing, prototyping, testing, and high-fidelity visual design. Translate complex operational requirements into intuitive interfaces, collaborate with engineers and product managers, maintain a design system, and advocate for research and testing to ensure mission-ready products.

Manage day-to-day communications operations, build media relationships across tech and AI, coordinate announcements and events, draft pitches and talking points, and maintain coverage trackers while working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Executives.
