Integrate, test, deploy and maintain real-time HIL solutions by integrating Applied's simulators with third-party HIL hardware/software, collaborate with customer HIL/XIL teams, drive project execution, and ensure successful on-site HIL integrations and deliveries.

Act as a trusted advisor to Automotive OEMs, lead strategic engagements, conduct market analysis and customer discovery, define vehicle software and digital transformation strategies, collaborate with Product and Engineering on roadmaps, and develop go-to-market and commercial proposals while facilitating executive workshops to drive decisions.

Lead end-to-end M&A and strategic investment processes, build complex financial models, manage investor relations and CRM, prepare executive and board materials, support pre-IPO readiness and cap table strategy, develop internal automations and AI-assisted workflows, and partner cross-functionally to evaluate and integrate strategic opportunities.

Provide hands-on HR support across EMEA: benefits administration, employment contracts, Workday data maintenance, onboarding/offboarding, culture programs, events, and scalable People operations. Use AI tools to automate workflows and partner with global People team for regional rollout.

Develop, deploy, and validate autonomy software on vehicles, integrating sensors and autopilots, performing field deployments and testing, implementing CI/CD and simulation-based validation, and integrating third-party software for multi-agent autonomous systems.
