Lead international statutory close and US GAAP consolidation for global subsidiaries, manage intercompany transactions and external bookkeeping partners, ensure statutory compliance and ASC 830 foreign currency treatment, drive process improvements and scalable automation, support month/quarter/year-end close, and contribute to scaling the general ledger team for global growth.

Provide financial administration and operational support for EMEA: maintain budget trackers, reconcile NetSuite cost centers, manage end-to-end PO process, oversee AP and multi-currency payments (EUR/GBP/SEK), coordinate vendor onboarding and shipping (DHL/FedEx), support VAT and import/export tax documentation, and assist Germany office operations.

Serve as the technical bridge between OEMs/Tier1s and Applied Intuition to support Vehicle OS adoption. Lead architecture reviews, demos, onboarding to SDKs and virtual ECU environments, integrate AAOS/IVI, triage technical issues, and manage multi-stakeholder customer deployments.

Write and edit technical content across product launches, blog posts, website copy, and announcements. Translate complex engineering systems into clear narratives, partner with product marketing and communications, and provide editorial guidance across the Brand & Content team to deliver polished, accurate content quickly.

Lead end-to-end integration and deployment of vehicle intelligence products for defense customers, spanning software engineering, OS configuration, system deployment, and hardware integration. Design scalable architectures, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and own technical outcomes in fast-changing, operational environments to ensure mission success.
