Designs and configures valve and flow-control products to meet customer requirements. Creates CAD drawings, bills of materials, and process sheets; supports manufacturing operations, product improvements, testing, and cost-reduction initiatives. Coordinates with customers, sales, manufacturing, product management, and approval agencies. Maintains ISO-related documentation and supports Lean, Kaizen, safety, capital, and efficiency projects. Senior individual contributor leading advanced FEA and CFD simulation for mechanical designs. Perform and approve complex analyses (static, dynamic, thermal, FSI), define simulation strategies, produce formal reports, mentor engineers, influence cross-functional decisions, and support regulated, safety-critical product risk assessments.

Support corporate FP&A by maintaining and automating monthly/quarterly reports, managing HQ SG&A budgets, performing capex analysis and post-audit, producing pricing and profitability reports, building financial models, and partnering with commercial and field teams on margin, mix, forecasting and data accuracy.

Lead projects from scope definition through delivery by developing plans, schedules, and budgets; coordinating resources and vendors; monitoring progress and risks; ensuring quality and compliance; communicating with stakeholders; and conducting post-project evaluations.

Perform independent FEA and CFD simulations for mechanical components and assemblies: model setup, meshing, solving, and post-processing. Evaluate static/dynamic, thermal, pressure, and flow conditions; produce formal analysis reports; support regulated/quality-critical products; contribute to DFMEA, peer reviews, and simulation standards improvement.

Drive strategy and lifecycle for engineered water/infrastructure products: gather VOC, define requirements, lead NPI with R&D, manage launches, pricing, commercialization, and cross-functional coordination with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Sales.

Sell and promote Mueller water products across Eastern Quebec by building relationships with municipalities, engineers, distributors and end users. Prepare quotes, prospect, service client issues, run promotional activities, and develop territory growth plans. Frequent territory travel and bilingual (French/English) communication with US-based sales and support teams is required.

Support compensation and benefits activities including annual merit/variable pay programs, market benchmarking, job evaluations, Workday HCM data management, reporting and analytics, and benefits program administration and communication. Assist on projects, testing, and stakeholder training.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Produce management reporting, perform variance and KPI analysis, build financial models and scenario analyses, support business partners on budgeting and capital decisions, and optimize FP&A systems and processes.

Develop and apply foundry engineering expertise to improve throughput, reduce cost, and upgrade technology. Lead projects, perform root-cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and support manufacturing engineering tasks including project management, capital prioritization, PFMEA, equipment qualification, capacity analysis, and RCFA.
