Provide administrative support to the Plant Manager and departments: schedule meetings, manage calendars, handle P-Card and AP processes, track budgets, procure office supplies, prepare documents and plant review data, serve as point of contact for stakeholders, maintain facilities and vendor services, and back up HR for candidate travel and related tasks.

Support corporate FP&A by maintaining and automating monthly/quarterly reports, managing HQ SG&A budgets, performing capex analysis and post-audit, producing pricing and profitability reports, building financial models, and partnering with commercial and field teams on margin, mix, forecasting and data accuracy.

Support plant finance by preparing daily/weekly manufacturing performance reports, month-end close, reconciliations, internal control documentation, inventory participation, cost and ad-hoc analysis, and audit support.

Responsible for territory sales and business development for U.S. Pipe Valve & Hydrant products. Call on distributors and end users to build specifications, provide training and technical support, manage quotes and bids, forecast sales, support warranty/claims, and represent products at trade organizations and large presentations. Frequent travel and territory coverage required.
