Performs complex accounting activities, including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, financial analysis, audit work papers, and management reporting. Supports accurate and timely financial close activities under GAAP and SOX requirements. Assists with accounting procedures, policies, systems, and related functions such as accounts payable, fixed assets, sales, tax, invoicing, expenses, customs, and subsidiary accounting.

Manage assigned hardware product lines across the full lifecycle, including product strategy, market research, competitive analysis, new product development, pricing, portfolio performance, product enhancements, and obsolescence. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, sales, supply chain, and marketing teams. Provide product training and technical guidance, support go-to-market initiatives, represent products at industry events, and travel 15–20% as needed.

Serve as the dedicated support lead for a portfolio of Platinum customers: manage quotes and orders, confirm technical specs, resolve order/pricing issues to SLA, coordinate cross-functionally, and maintain product/pricing knowledge.

Provide administrative and service support for customer accounts: process orders and quotes, update pricing and account information, resolve order/invoice/delivery issues, track open orders and escalations, support reporting/data entry and non-standard customer changes, and assist on special projects to ensure timely, accurate customer service.

Provide administrative and operational HR support across the employee lifecycle: maintain HR records and systems, process transactions, support benefits and programs, generate reports, assist audits, coordinate onboarding/offboarding, respond to employee inquiries, and support HR system enhancements to ensure accurate data and excellent employee service.

Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software for connected products and digital platforms. Provide technical leadership and mentorship, drive architecture and best practices, collaborate with cross-functional teams, support CI/CD/DevOps, troubleshoot production issues, and document systems. Participate in project planning, customer escalations, and continuous improvement of engineering processes.

Lead Badger Meter's investor relations strategy, serving as primary liaison to analysts and institutional investors. Shape financial storytelling, prepare executive and board materials, manage earnings communications, drive investor events and roadshows, own ESG messaging and reporting, monitor market sentiment, and support shareholder and governance processes.
