Lead global technology operations and release management for MarTech, AdTech, Customer, and Commercial platforms. Lead enterprise capability strategy and frameworks, partner with senior leaders to identify gaps, design scalable digital and experiential learning programs (including AI and data literacy), drive adoption through stakeholder influence, measure ROI and capability impact, and embed capability work into talent processes like performance, succession, and workforce planning.

Lead design and evolution of enterprise cloud architecture standards, reference architectures, and solution patterns. Ensure secure, resilient, cost-efficient multi-cloud solutions, guide modernization and migrations, embed cloud-native practices (microservices, containers, Kubernetes, serverless), advance Zero Trust and IaC security, collaborate with Data & AI and platform teams, and mentor global teams to accelerate delivery and reuse.

Run adversary simulation, BAS, and deception programs to test detection and response capabilities. Design MITRE ATT&CK–mapped scenarios, operate BAS platforms, deploy honeypots/honeytokens, conduct purple team exercises, analyze detection gaps, and produce evidence-based reports to drive remediation with SOC and detection engineering.

Lead design, development, and delivery of PLM, master data, and analytics solutions. Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, build data models, implement SAP PLM/MDG and Power Platform solutions, create Power BI dashboards, automate workflows with Power Automate, and ensure data quality, security, and user support.

Lead enterprise communications, change leadership, and capability-building programs to support large-scale transformations. Advise senior leaders, design scalable change frameworks, embed learning and digital solutions, use data and AI to measure impact, and partner cross-functionally to drive adoption and inclusive engagement.
