Develop analytical data models, optimize queries, write Python/SQL and stored procedures, and support Streamlit data apps. Mentor junior engineers, partner with analytics and data science, replace legacy systems with governed solutions, and support after-hours releases and time-critical SQL debugging.

Manage frontline employee relations including high-volume casework, investigations, ADA interactive process and accommodations. Coach managers on performance and difficult conversations, maintain legally defensible documentation, and lead HR project management for merit planning, handbook reviews, and talent reviews using HR tooling.
