Leads post-sales implementation of Edifecs and Cotiviti healthcare solutions, including installation, configuration, integration, development, testing, release management, training, documentation, and post-implementation support. Coordinates with clients and internal technical teams to define implementation plans, meet milestones, troubleshoot integrations, and deploy customized solutions. Requires expertise in enterprise application integration, middleware, messaging, healthcare transactions, Java, databases, and technical project delivery.

May deliver customer-site training and work rotational night shifts.

Designs and maintains a centralized AI platform and agentic framework for secure enterprise deployment and access. Builds scalable AI agents, unified APIs, distributed systems, and microservices; integrates agents into customer and internal applications; optimizes cloud-native workloads; ensures security and regulatory compliance; and leads technical strategy, mentoring, performance analysis, and capacity planning.

Provides technical leadership for a data platform product team, leading the design, development, testing, deployment, and integration of fault-tolerant backend services. Owns technical delivery across sprints and program increments, guides architecture and requirements, resolves dependencies, ensures code quality, mentors engineers, and collaborates with product, architecture, QA, infrastructure, and operations teams.

Supports day-to-day SaaS operations through infrastructure maintenance, customer incident and service request management, SLA tracking, onboarding, provisioning, troubleshooting, and technical support. The role supports enterprise customers, works in shifts, and may require weekend on-call coverage.

Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks for web applications, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems. Create Java-based test scripts, perform functional, end-to-end, performance, load, and security testing, and validate applications across multiple database systems. Collaborate with Agile Scrum teams to ensure acceptance criteria are met and own defects through resolution.
