Paid 16-week internship supporting the Account Services department for 20 hours per week. Responsibilities include completing daily procedures, assisting with time-sensitive projects, conducting research and system maintenance, processing incoming mail requests, and attending meetings. Administer and support IBM i and Power Systems infrastructure supporting core banking operations. Responsibilities include system monitoring, job scheduling, batch processing, backups, recovery, replication, high availability, security administration, incident response, disaster recovery, automation, documentation, and production support. The role collaborates with vendors and stakeholders and participates in on-call rotation, maintenance, upgrades, and continuous platform improvement.

Manage full-service banking relationships for affluent clients, perform account reviews and openings, coordinate treasury contract delivery and onsite product training, support sales calls and special projects, and troubleshoot customer and employee issues.
