As a Relationship Manager, you will cultivate new commercial relationships, enhance existing ones, and utilize your credit acumen in banking products and services to increase profitability.

The Senior Relationship Manager leads the Commercial Agricultural portfolio, builds client relationships, adjusts services, and analyzes business needs.

Develop, deploy, and maintain Oracle-based reporting solutions and dashboards (OAC, OTBI, FDI). Manage integrations and data migrations for Oracle Financials Cloud, perform system maintenance and performance tuning, build reporting strategy and documentation, partner with finance stakeholders to gather requirements, train users, ensure compliance and controls, and support analytics projects, upgrades, and issue resolution.

Lead vision, roadmap and execution for deposit and lending product suites. Define strategy, pricing, and business cases; manage product backlog, epics, and cross-functional delivery; monitor KPIs; partner with IT, risk, marketing and front/middle/back office; drive go-to-market and client-focused solutions while ensuring regulatory and operational alignment.

Perform daily fund accounting and NAV calculations for mutual funds and ETFs, including general ledger oversight, reconciliation of cash and positions, analysis of accruals, pricing and trade exceptions, corporate action review, audit coordination, and regulatory (SEC/IRS/GAAP) compliance through collaboration with custodians, prime brokers, advisors, and internal teams.

Design and develop dashboards, self-service tools, reports, and data models to identify fraud trends and reduce loss. Perform statistical analysis, query and visualize data, create KPIs and tracking, and present insights with recommendations. Partner with business leaders to solve operational challenges and deliver scalable fraud reporting and analytics solutions.

Manage multiple enterprise IT projects from initiation through close, coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders. Maintain scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and change control; produce project plans, forecasts, status reports, and lessons learned. Ensure EPMO methodology compliance, oversee budgets and contracts, and facilitate handoffs for ongoing support.

Responsible for accounting and NAV calculations for mutual funds, handling ledger functions, reconciliations, and compliance with financial regulations.

Support the Fiduciary Compliance Management Program by performing compliance monitoring, assessing first-line controls, conducting third-party risk assessments, reviewing complaints and incentive compensation/marketing for compliance issues, escalating concerns, and assisting with administration and execution of compliance processes.

Lead design and implementation of client and internal workflows, gather requirements, architect and deliver large cross-functional loan-market technical projects, build data reconciliation and PowerBI reports, manage integrations (sFTP, APIs, ShareFile), mentor analysts, and represent the team to clients and industry events while establishing scalable standards and best practices for CLO and other loan products.
