Assists commercial real estate lenders and senior portfolio managers with credit analysis, underwriting, covenant monitoring, annual reviews, loan proposals, collateral analysis, risk-rating and pricing models, and portfolio administration. Oversee the commercial card contract lifecycle, coordinating with sales, credit, legal, product, Visa, and payments partners. Manage client and prospect accounts payable spend data intake, formatting, validation, and network analysis. Identify card-eligible suppliers, conversion opportunities, supplier enablement potential, and projected revenue growth. Translate findings into opportunity sizing, growth narratives, and client-facing sales materials while improving processes and supporting commercial card sales teams.

Supports centralized mail and print operations by processing incoming and outgoing mail, coordinating courier services, producing and finishing documents, operating and troubleshooting equipment, handling invoices, supporting quality and disaster recovery testing, and assisting with training and operational projects. The role requires accurate, secure, timely work while maintaining compliance with bank policies, service-level agreements, and regulatory requirements.
