Designs mechanical parts, drawings, assemblies, models, and procedures for lunar lander structures and secondary systems. Supports manufacturing, testing, and on-orbit operations of flight and ground-support hardware. Collaborates across disciplines in a fast-paced environment while adapting to changing priorities and aggressive delivery schedules.

Own the IM-5 propulsion subsystem across requirements, design, fabrication, integration, testing, qualification, launch, and mission operations. Lead multidisciplinary coordination, manage technical risks and schedules, oversee suppliers, guide propulsion analyses and modeling, review test data, close verification activities, and mentor engineers. The role supports Nova-D lunar lander development and requires expertise in cryogenic propulsion, spacecraft fluid systems, and aerospace hardware lifecycle execution.

Designs and analyzes spacecraft trajectories and mission plans for lunar, interplanetary, Earth-orbiting, and cislunar missions. Develops trajectory optimization, simulation, maneuver-planning, stochastic analysis, contingency, and onboard algorithms. Collaborates with multidisciplinary and operations teams to support mission execution, real-time trajectory corrections, proposals, and technical presentations.

Design, analyze, test, integrate, and operate propulsion systems for Nova-C and Nova-D lunar landers. The role supports propulsion hardware across fabrication, qualification, acceptance, vehicle testing, launch campaigns, and flight operations. Responsibilities include requirements development, test planning, equipment and ground-support hardware development, data analysis, anomaly investigation, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. More experienced engineers may lead technical efforts, mentor engineers, and coordinate multidisciplinary activities.

Provides Tier I and Tier II technical support while administering IT infrastructure. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and system issues; managing tickets and SLAs; supporting Windows endpoints and servers; administering Active Directory and Microsoft 365; maintaining networking, virtualization, backups, and endpoint deployments; coordinating hardware repairs; documenting systems; and tracking IT inventory.

Perform stress analysis of carbon fiber structural panels, joints, tubes, bonded joints, sandwich panels, and metallic secondary structures. Own analysis for parts and assemblies, present engineering solutions, and support manufacturing product development. Apply finite element analysis, structural dynamics, bolted-joint calculations, component sizing, and 3D CAD design trades. Collaborate with design engineers on spacecraft structural development.
