Lead design and development of rod lift downhole pump components and own the full product lifecycle from concept through production release. Create detailed 3D models and 2D production drawings with GD&T, select materials, perform tolerance, stress, and FEA analyses, and manage prototypes, testing, and sustaining support. Collaborate with manufacturing, field service, and sales, maintain PDM/PLM documentation, support failure analysis, and ensure API 11AX compliance while managing multiple projects to schedule and budget.

Support and improve HR systems and data integrity (PeopleSoft/Oracle Cloud). Support sourcing and purchasing of technical goods/services: interpret specs with engineering, review requisitions, source parts, request and evaluate quotes, manage purchase orders and changes, negotiate with suppliers, resolve invoice/receipt issues, participate in supplier reviews and contract negotiations, use MRP/DRP and inventory planning, ensure compliance with quality, safety, SOX and company policies.

Lead Weatherford's China technology strategy and localization roadmap. Identify technologies for localization/licensing, develop strategic partnerships and supply chains, manage commercialization and go-to-market models, protect IP and quality, drive technology adoption, and measure commercial and localization performance to grow the Chinese market.

Lead sustaining engineering teams for drilling services, develop and deploy repair processes, improve product reliability and maintainability, support manufacturing and field operations, manage budgets and staffing, and drive cost-reduction and continuous improvement across downhole electro-mechanical tools.

Lead and coordinate field operations including personnel scheduling, equipment readiness, demand planning, service quality, safety compliance, budgeting support, technical guidance to field staff, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful job execution and continuous improvement.

Support ALS tendering by preparing technical and commercial proposals for artificial lift systems (RRL, jet pumps, gas lift). Run AL modeling, create equipment lists, source equipment, coordinate with stakeholders, collect win/loss and market data, ensure QHSE and quality compliance, and assist technical sales in presentations and BSA preparation.

Support Enterprise Performance Improvement by building financial models, tracking KPIs, coordinating monthly tax returns and trial balances, preparing statutory reports and audit documentation, and supporting project teams with financial analysis and FP&A processes.
