Leads the quality management system for completion services by developing procedures, managing corrective actions and nonconforming materials, conducting inspections, audits, supplier evaluations, and statistical quality analyses. Provides administrative and operational support, including maintaining reports and schedules, processing work orders and receipts, supporting accounts payable and receivable, coordinating vendors and facilities projects, compiling management reports, assisting with audits and month-end close, handling phones and visitors, purchasing office supplies, coordinating travel and meetings, and maintaining records.

Administer executive compensation programs, including salary, incentive, equity, and deferred compensation plans. Develop financial models, recommendations, dashboards, and analytics for executive pay decisions. Support compensation planning, equity administration, governance, SEC-related disclosures, audits, and Compensation Committee and Board reporting. Partner with Finance, Legal, and external administrators while monitoring compliance and market trends.
