Provide transactional legal support across the enterprise: draft, review, negotiate commercial contracts; develop contract templates; advise business units on legal risk and compliance; assist with small-scale litigation and policy drafting; support various legal projects as assigned.

Provide front-desk and administrative support for distributor operations: manage AP/AR and collections, prepare invoices and deposits, assist monthly closes, maintain dealer database, support retail counter, process handheld device data, assist inventory counts, and deliver customer service.

Support and optimize Workday HRIS across multiple locations: troubleshoot issues, lead testing and release activities, manage integrations, build reports and dashboards, drive process improvements, support HR functions (Payroll, Benefits, Compensation), and lead change management and training for HR technology initiatives.

Drive new business and grow existing dealer accounts within an assigned territory through prospecting, in-person visits, product setup and training, relationship management, pipeline tracking in Salesforce, and meeting sales targets while collaborating with internal teams.

Act as a strategic HR partner for business units by delivering HR programs, advising leaders on talent management, succession planning, employee relations, compliance, recruitment, compensation, and performance. Lead HR projects, conduct investigations, supervise and develop HR staff, manage budgets, analyze business metrics, support change management and acquisition integration, and participate in business meetings and events to align HR actions with company goals.

Prepare and publish distributor pricing and Part & Price data, maintain complex Excel files and databases, create distributor territory maps, monitor and process marketing rebates, maintain EIS data files, and resolve pricing and payment discrepancies.
