Provide front-desk and administrative support for a distributorship: manage AP/AR and collections, prepare invoices and POs, perform close processes, verify deposits, maintain dealer database, assist inventory counts, upload/download handheld devices, and deliver customer-facing service.

Lead a strategy team to develop commercial, product, and channel strategies. Conduct analyses, build financial models and business cases, drive cross-functional projects, communicate insights to senior leadership, and mentor staff to support growth initiatives.

Lead Commercial FP&A overseeing ~$1.5B shipment P&L. Partner with Commercial and Marketing to drive pricing, customer profitability, gross profit and ROI analytics. Manage planning, forecasting, variance analysis, MBR presentations, and team development. Drive operating expense control and zero-based budgeting mindset to support profitable growth.

Operate the distributorship front desk handling phones, paperwork, AP/AR, invoicing, deposits, handheld device data processing, customer service, dealer database maintenance, inventory count support, and other administrative duties.

Drive new business growth by developing sales strategies, managing deal structuring and pipeline conversion, producing executive-ready analyses and playbooks, partnering cross-functionally, and improving commercial performance through data-driven insights and process improvements.

Develop and execute global sourcing strategies across international suppliers; manage supplier relationships, RFx processes, negotiations, contracts, and compliance; monitor supplier performance, cost, risk, and forecasting; collaborate with internal stakeholders and leadership to drive cost, quality, sustainability, and supply assurance.

Drive new and existing account growth across an assigned territory through prospecting, in-person dealer visits, setup and training, business reviews, and meeting sales targets. Maintain 40+ weekly in-person calls, use Salesforce for pipeline management, collaborate with internal teams, and handle dealer issues and collections as needed.

Manage assigned accounts to grow sales and profit by expanding product lines, prospecting new customers, meeting call and conversion metrics, coordinating with partners and customer service, resolving order issues, and executing marketing and sales plans to achieve revenue and gross profit targets.

Provide transactional legal support across the enterprise: draft, review, negotiate commercial contracts; develop contract templates; advise business units on legal risk and compliance; assist with small-scale litigation and policy drafting; support various legal projects as assigned.
