Provide administrative and operational support to project teams: maintain purchasing and status reports, manage RFIs/change orders, track procurement and spare parts, organize O&M and training materials, enforce document version control, and facilitate stakeholder communication.

Lead Technical Designer responsible for generating customer drawings and complete Bills of Materials for project orders. Create 2D/3D arrangement, assembly, and detail drawings (pressure and non-pressure), ensure ASME compliance, produce DXF/CNC shop support, review vendor drawings, perform occasional site walk-downs, interface with fabrication, and train junior staff.

Manage mechanical construction projects ($50K–$5M) in industrial settings. Plan, estimate, schedule, cost, and deliver projects; enforce safety and quality; coordinate unions, superintendents, clients, and PMO; perform audits, risk mitigation, onsite representation, and reporting.

Administer and configure AVEVA E3D and CATS & SPECS systems, manage project templates, roles, permissions, and maintain catalogs/specs for multiple disciplines. Ensure system stability, optimize catalogs/UDAs/property tables, troubleshoot integrations, and coordinate with cross-functional teams in a cloud-based environment.

Lead financial governance and performance management for large, complex projects. Establish and manage budgets, forecasts, cost controls, and risk mitigation. Partner with project and executive stakeholders to provide actionable reporting, ensure compliance, support ERP and system implementations, and drive continuous improvement and change management to deliver measurable project outcomes.

Support end-to-end IT procurement for hardware, software, cloud, and services: requisitions, POs, vendor onboarding, contract/license administration, renewals, spend analysis, reporting, and process improvement while collaborating with IT and Finance.

Lead proposal development and cost estimating for boiler and environmental equipment, drive sales and customer engagement, develop pricing, manage risk reviews, hand off awarded projects, mentor junior estimators, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and secure vendor pricing.

Manage project accounting lifecycle including project setup, WBS maintenance, cost tracking and analysis, POC revenue recognition, forecasting, billing, cash collections, change management, reporting, audit responses, risk/opportunity registers, and project close-out activities. Collaborate with project management, scheduling, supply chain, and accounting to monitor performance and drive schedule and financial outcomes.

Provide commercial and contract review and support for domestic and international proposals and projects. Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, LOIs, MOUs and ancillary documents. Support contract execution, claims, mediations, arbitrations and litigation. Train employees, advise project teams, and identify process improvements.

Lead technical design work for projects, producing 2D/3D CAD drawings and models, performing pressure part calculations, developing material requirements, checking drawings, coordinating with engineers/vendors, overseeing offshore teams, serving as field liaison, and ensuring schedules, quality, and estimated hours are met.
