Manage and process right-of-way (ROW) project documents including title reviews, drafting and reviewing deeds and easements, conducting title searches, maintaining organized ROW files and databases, coordinating with ROW staff and legal counsel, and preparing acquisition and condemnation documentation as needed.

Provide technical leadership for Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) lifecycle across chemical/petrochemical facilities. Lead SIS design, SIL determination (LOPA), FTA and reliability modeling, validation, commissioning, audits, and performance monitoring. Collaborate with process, operations, and maintenance teams, support MOC, facilitate HAZOP/LOPA/SIL studies, ensure IEC 61511/61508 compliance, mentor engineers, and interface with corporate and regulatory bodies.

Lead business development and manage end-to-end projects for a new Advanced Facilities region in Texas. Build client relationships, define scope, plan resources and budgets, track costs and schedules, report progress, and apply industry best practices through commissioning and project closeout. Travel up to 25-50% initially.
