Provide process safety consulting for oil, gas, petrochemical and refining clients: lead PHAs (HAZOP/LOPA), advise on PSM/RMP and codes, perform audits, safety engineering (SIS, alarm management, facility siting, fire protection), client field work, and support business development.

Manage end-to-end commercial accounting for fixed-price EPC projects: set cost structures, monitor budget vs actuals, prepare lump-sum billings, protect margins via revenue recognition and change-order support, produce financial forecasts, WIP reporting, and maintain audit/SOX-ready documentation.

Manage and supervise office operations and staff, including payroll, filing and records retention, supply and inventory control, policy and procedure implementation, hiring and training, performance management, and scheduling. Support HSE policies and ensure office efficiency through systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.

Provide technical leadership for Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) lifecycle across chemical/petrochemical facilities. Lead SIS design, SIL determination (LOPA), FTA and reliability modeling, validation, commissioning, audits, and performance monitoring. Collaborate with process, operations, and maintenance teams, support MOC, facilitate HAZOP/LOPA/SIL studies, ensure IEC 61511/61508 compliance, mentor engineers, and interface with corporate and regulatory bodies.

Supervise an electrical engineering team to deliver designs on schedule and budget, ensure technical accuracy and code compliance, manage resources, hiring, performance, client relationships, safety, estimates, and site/vendor reviews.

Lead pipe stress engineering for complex piping systems across EPC phases, perform advanced CAESAR II and dynamic analyses, ensure code compliance (ASME, ASCE, API), design supports/restraints, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and vendors, review/approve stress deliverables, mentor junior engineers, support construction/site activities, and maintain quality control and continuous improvement.

Lead process engineering design for complex, multi-discipline projects: prepare specifications, engineering calculations, vendor drawing reviews, P&IDs, site/vendor visits, cost and man-hour estimates, risk assessments, and manage project schedules, budgets, and client relationships. Serve as Engineer in Responsible Charge and ensure HSSE compliance.
